The following breeds of dogs are not permitted: Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), attack dogs and Wolf Hybrids, (or any mix thereof)
Max occupancy is 6. Exceptions can sometimes be made only with homeowner approval. If it is found that max occupancy is exceeded, an additional $100 fee will be imposed.
